Quick order of events example for a fundraiser:

  1. Guests would purchase entrance ticket  into the event from you the event organizer.
    • They will receive:
      • Food Ticket
      • Drink Ticket
      • Raffle Ticket
      • Casino Voucher
  2. Each guest will exchange the Casino Voucher at the gaming tables for a predetermined amount of chips.
  3. Party guests use these chips to play at any of the games throughout the party.
  4. At the end of the night the chips are returned by:
    1. Exchanging them for raffle tickets
    2. The top couple of winners can be determined and given prizes
    3. Simply giving the chips back with nothing in return other than an entertaining event

To help with planning your nonprofit fundraising event, at no extra charge, I will attend a committee meeting to discuss a casino party as a fundraising option. Either in person or via phone.

Every committee has different goals and objectives for their events and it is best to discuss live among everyone involved where we can answer the questions all at one time. Yes there will be lots of questions.
